Our mission is to promote kayaking skills in the young people of the Roaring Fork Valley community as well as appreciation and conservation of our local rivers.
Your support helps us to provide high quality gear and accomplished coaches who will share their passion with the community and create a strong and lasting legacy of whitewater culture in our valley, and make this community a welcome space for everyone, no matter what their financial circumstances may be.
We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our EIN is 86-1884233.

Be a Safety Kayaker – Share the Stoke!
Volunteering as a safety kayaker is an awesome way to give back to the river community while doing what you love. You’ll help create a safe and supportive learning environment for new paddlers, connect with other local boaters, and meet fresh faces you'll likely see out on the river all summer long. Whether you're catching eddies or offering encouragement from the water, you're making a difference—and having fun doing it.
Ready to hop in? Sign up here to volunteer as a safety kayaker at our river clinics this summer.
If you would like to support our club by volunteering your time or expertise at our winter pool clinics, a great way to start is Volunteer Stoke Night event every January. Stay tuned for information coming out about when that is happening (we usually set that date in November or December). If you have any questions, please contact us by email at roaringforkkayakclub@gmail.com.
Donating Gear or Services to our club
If you have quality gear that you no longer have a use for, please contact us at roaringforkkayakclub@gmail.com.
Also, if there is a service, event, or discount you would like to offer to club members, please let us know. We'd love to use our network to benefit our members and our community in any way we can.
